This filler adapter is well made the guage is pretty much worth less,all it shows is pressure which is irrelevant. The only way you can get your small tank filled is make sure the Donner tank is warm so you get good liquid pressure, and the receiving tank is cold like put it in the freezer cold. This lowers the vapor pressure so it can receive liquid if you don't do this you will be lucky to transfer a couple of onces For safety do this outside around no fire or sparks because some gas is released when disconnected.
